Saysh: first inventory sold through in 4 months

Saysh makes lifestyle sneakers on a mold built for a woman’s foot. Allyson Felix, the most decorated female Olympic runner, founded it. We built the brand from launch.

Saysh was a new kind of shoe: designed on a woman’s foot, not adapted from a men’s mold. It was a lifestyle shoe, not a running shoe.

The brand had to grow on its own, without wearing out Allyson’s personal following.

  • Saysh sneakers against a red brick wall

  1. Sell the shoe on its own

Ads built around the problems women have with footwear, plus a Maternity Returns Policy that gave the brand a reason to be talked about.

    • Saysh callout ad: wider front, breathable fabric, smaller heel
    • Saysh callout ad: soft micro-suede tongue, no seams, moldable fabric
  2. Use Allyson’s audience with care

Lifestyle video from Allyson’s own Instagram, then retargeting into Saysh ads, so her following found the brand without being flooded.

    • Saysh brand ad: for those who believe in the power of their own voice
  3. Bring buyers back for every launch

Email and SMS flows that converted 60% of past purchasers on new styles.

  • Saysh ad: designed for women by women
  • Saysh lifestyle sneaker with a green ribbon lace
  • Saysh sneakers on a pool ledge
  • White Saysh sneakers on a floral print
  • Saysh sneakers worn against a green backdrop
  • Saysh sneakers poolside with a red towel
